Every person who volunteers at the convention must have completed this form.  Even though it is so lengthy and sounds like you are volunteering for a chairman position - if anyone wants just to help they just need to indicate - assist and in what area they would like to help... ex.  greeters, information desk,  runners,... pass out daily newsletter etc.
